Our Outsourced CFO team will help lead engagements for new and existing clients in the Alternative Assets space. We will assist our clients in executing and maintaining all aspects of financial management, including month and year-end financial reporting, budget preparation, forecasting of revenues and expenses and back office cash management.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with the clients’ service providers including but not limited to: external auditors, administrator, HR/payroll, and compliance
  • Act as main point of contact for multiple fund managers
  • Arrange, coordinate and participate in routinely scheduled conference calls with your clients
  • Independent modeling of waterfall calculations, and review and calculation of management fees and incentive allocation
  • Cash controls including expense tracking
  • Middle and back office operational support
  • Assist in opening accounts necessary for fund to operate
  • Review of contracts and fund documents
  • Financial statement preparation/review
  • Assist the fund with vetting and selecting other vendors
  • Lead a team of Accountants to deliver excellent service to your clients
  • Create models to provide ad-hoc financial analysis

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in Accounting Field. Investment Accounting preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Fund administration experience helpful
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Strong accounting, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Our Controller will help lead engagements for new and existing clients in the Alternative Assets space.   We will assist our clients in executing and maintaining all aspects of financial management, including month and year-end financial reporting, budget preparation, forecasting of revenues and expenses and back office cash management.

Our Senior Associate will work with a team to preform top notch services to new and existing clients in the Alternative Assets space.   We will assist our clients in executing and maintaining all aspects of financial management, including month and year-end financial reporting, budget preparation, forecasting of revenues and expenses and back office cash management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the clients’ service providers including but not limited to: external auditors, administrator, and compliance officers
  • Work with multiple funds and managers at once
  • Participate in routinely scheduled conference calls with your clients
  • Assist in the review and calculation of management fees and incentive allocation
  • Liaise with fund and bank for cash controls monitoring
  • Assist in the opening accounts necessary for fund to operate
  • Assist with financial statement preparation/review

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in Accounting Field.  Investment Accounting preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Fund administration experience helpful
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

  • Develop and consolidate financial reporting packages
  • Financial statement preparation/review
  • Assist with external audits
  • Development and design internal controls
  • Internal control testing, develop internal audit plans, provide internal audit services on an outsourcing basis
  • Business profitability analysis and enhancement
  • Cash flow optimization and forecasting scenarios
  • Transaction support including due diligence
