Leading outsourced Chief Financial Officer, Bridge Alternative Investment Solutions’ (“Bridge Alternatives”), today announced a new client engagement with AUA Private Equity Partners, LLC (“AUA”), a lower-middle market investment firm focused on family owned, and Hispanic and/or multi-cultural oriented companies within the consumer products and consumer services sectors.
AUA’s portfolio continues to benefit from growth in the U.S. Hispanic and multi-cultural population as well as the multi-generational transfer of assets. The firm has wide capabilities to increase value and build great companies with deep industry knowledge and operational focus.
The new engagement will allow AUA to leverage Bridge Alternatives’ decades long expertise in finance, accounting, and technology to maximize performance and reporting.
Bridge Alternatives will serve as AUA’s full back office, including Controller and CFO functions to support AUA now and in the future.
